These characteristics do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Although DAILS strives to represent its products as accurately as possible, the user acknowledges that differences may occur due to:

  • lighting conditions used during photography;
  • monitor settings;
  • mobile devices;
  • screen resolution;
  • characteristics inherent to each handcrafted product.

Such differences do not constitute sufficient grounds for requesting a refund, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the item purchased.


6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not guarantee its availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after a purchase has been made, DAILS may:

  • cancel the order;
  • offer an equivalent product;
  • offer store credit for future purchases;
  • issue the corresponding refund.


7. PRICES

All published prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

The applicable price will be the price in effect when the customer confirms the purchase.

In the event of obvious listing errors, typographical errors, system errors, or manifestly incorrect prices, DAILS may cancel the order even after payment has been received, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.


8. PAYMENTS

Payments made through the website are processed through Stripe.

DAILS does not store complete credit or debit card information.

All financial information is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policies.

Payment acceptance does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.


9. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once a purchase has been made, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

Such email confirms only the receipt of the order.

Final acceptance will occur when the order is prepared for shipment.

DAILS reserves the right to cancel any order when, among other circumstances:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • fraudulent activity is detected;
  • there are payment issues;
  • the information provided is incorrect;
  • there is suspicion of misuse of the website;
  • any other circumstance prevents the transaction from being properly fulfilled.

When applicable, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid.


11. SHIPPING

DAILS currently ships only within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond DAILS’s control.

DAILS shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers;
  • weather conditions;
  • force majeure;
  • natural disasters;
  • labor disputes;
  • errors in the address provided by the customer;
  • events beyond its reasonable control.
